Connecticut Wrongful Death Attorney

There is no justice for a death caused by someone else’s negligence. All the money in the world won’t get your cherished loved on back. But the courts have given us a way to recover the physical part of the world you lost. A wrongful death lawsuit is your only option for recovering compensation for lost earnings, loss of companionship, medical bills and the intangible losses that only punitive damages can make up.

I’m not going to tell you that I will restore everything you lost when you lost your loved one. Nothing can. But I will promise to fight aggressively to advocate for the highest amount of compensation you are entitled to. Compassionate? Of course. Responsive? I promise. Dedicated on helping you restore as much of your life as possible? Focused.

I am able to represent family members of wrongful death victims of negligence who have died as a result of any type of negligence, including:

Statute of Limitations

Connecticut law places a two-year deadline on filing most types of wrongful death actions, with some exceptions. In the event the victim lived with a catastrophic injury for more than two years after the accident, before dying from the injuries, the statute of limitation extends to the date of death, rather than date of the initial accident.

I represent clients throughout Fairfield County including Easton, Fairfield, Monroe, Trumbull, Stratford, Bridgeport, Westport, Weston, New Canaan, Wilton, Norwalk, Darien, Stamford and Greenwich.
