In juvenile delinquency cases, my goal is to minimize, if not completely eliminate, the consequences that your child will face. These consequences can be as extreme as incarceration in Connecticut Juvenile Training School (CJTS) or a juvenile detention center. Your child could also be committed to the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and placed in a residential facility. On the less extreme end, the end that I will strive for, are special programs available for first time offenders and other dispositions that include community service or probation.
